I’ve been reading a fascinating book about Marilyn Monroe, Goddess: The Secret Lives of Marilyn Monroe by Anthony Summers. Wow, the woman was seriously mentally ill, a drug addict and massively insecure but there’s a reason people are still writing about her today. She was just really fascinating. And photogenic, don’t forget photogenic!

I’m going through a very minimalist phase, all I want is white bed sheets, white walls, barely filled wardrobes and space, space, space, beautiful, unlimited space! My local op shop is benefitting greatly with two giant garbage bags filled with clothes, shoes and bags and the rubbish collectors are also…benefitting, I suppose?
I think it’s making my mind a little less cluttered too, I can lie in bed and read without being distracted by all sorts of bits and pieces. I just wish I had wooden floor boards, nothing looks as clean as white sheets and floor boards.

Well, I’ve been completely lazy when it comes to this blog which I kind of treat like a scrapbook without the messy glue and cut up magazines. Like my multitude of actual scrapbooks, I often forget about them and find them months later under my bed, covered in cobwebs.
So, I’m dusting off the cobwebs and having a bit of a drool over Alexander McQueen. I can’t wait to see somebody fabulous pop up in the red gown at an event.
