We’re in the midst of a heat wave here in Sydney. It’s ridiculous, most days are high 30’s-early 40’s (40 Celsius is 104 Fahrenheit). It’s 9.30pm and 32 degrees (89.6 Fahrenheit). This afternoon I spent many hours sitting in the coffee shop in Borders, making the most of the air conditioning and avoiding all contact with windows/sunlight/nature.
So Sydney-siders, keep up the fluids and stay in front of the fan. I plan on spending the rest of the weekend in the pool, trying to get through The Vagabond by Collette (which is great, I’m just not in a reading mood at the moment).
