It’s been a very troubling weekend; the horrible massacre in Norway, Amy Winehouse dying, 33 dead on a bullet train in China and 6 people dead at an ice rink in the states.
How very lucky we are to be safe and healthy.

Mid Winter
Had a week of horrifying depression. I don’t know what happened, I just completely crashed. Today is the first day since last Monday that I haven’t cried. That’s kind of ridiculous when you’re excited to get through a day without bawling your eyes out for no reason.
Watching Parks and Recreation perked me up a bit (as much as something can when your brain chemicals have gone completely mental). I seem to catch onto things a whole lot later than everyone else…I got hooked on Beverly Hills 90210 in the early 00’s. Really late to that party!
